The Berri A team has performed extremely well for the first half of the season, dominating the majority of its competition despite struggling for numbers for most games. I am very pleased with the commitment from our B team who continue to support us by filling in and stepping up where required.
We currently stand on top of the ladder with 8 wins, 2 draws & 0 losses. However this does not mean that the remainder of the season will be a simple ‘walk in the park’. We still expect strong competition from the Renmark, Barmera & Loxton teams.
I look forward to a good competition in the second half of the season, with the finals rapidly approaching. We have won the last 2 Grand Final’s (3 out of the last 4 years) and I will be pushing our team to continue this brilliant record.
