LITTLE LEAGUE GRAND FINAL.....

They have don't it again...our Little League team has made it to the grand Final two years in a row.....After taking out the Premiership last year, we are hoping they can make it back to back and further cement our 'WARRIOR' legacy within the Riverland Baseball League. Andrew & Harry have again lead the team to the end of an outstanding, undefeated season. We congratulate you both on your efforts, and extend our gratitude to the fantastic group of parents, who have continuously been at every game this season showing their support for the entire team. Together with our Tee Ball and U16's parents and families, and our seniors and their families, the 'WARRIORS' have formed a family united Club and are fast growing in strength, values and extreme talent.

Our Tee Ball team have had a great season thanks to their coach Kay Jesser, and another group of fantastic parents, who have also shown their support in numbers at each and every game and at training sessions. We are starting to see outstanding talent within in our 'BABY WARRIORS', in both the girls and boys and look forward to them rising through the ranks of our Club.

Although our U 16's may not have shown great success on the scoreboard, they have excelled far beyond any other with their enthusiasm and team spirit through out the season. Our U 16's are a relatively young team in comparison to the other teams they have been competing against. They are set to be a force to be reckoned within the coming years, and have also had outstanding support from their families and friends.

Our Seniors have also shown success this season with A Grade finishing the minor rounds in second place on the ladder and B Grade finishing in third place. Both senior teams still have a chance this week at making it to the Grand Final, to be played next Friday. From our rookies to our more "seasoned" players, their highs and their lows, they have come together, and are heading into the finals as a united team. Our A grade team is heading towards their 4th premiership in a row, which will give 5 wins in just 6 years.

We have had an outstanding committee this season, with each and everyone of them going above and beyond their duties, all for the betterment of the Berri Warriors Baseball Club Inc. We have also had many of our committee members involved behind the scenes of the Riverland Baseball League and the Riverland Junior Baseball League, and have lead the way all season with their commitment, dedication and abundant attendance at all league functions, meetings etc.

We thank each and every one of you for making the Berri Warriors Baseball Club what it is today.

Finals: all played at Glassey Park on the main diamond.
